Package Options

1. BLUEPRINT PACKAGE

Blueprint Package Consists of the following:

  1. 6 Blueprint copy sets of the complete floor plan (Architectural plans, Structural plans, Sanitary/Plumbing plans and Electrical plans). 1 set will be the Owner’s copy and the remaining 5 sets will be to the building official.
  2. The blueprint copy sets are already signed and sealed by Architect for the Architectural Plans, Civil Engineer for the Civil/Structural Plans, Sanitary Engineer for Plumbing Plans & Electrical Engineer Electrical Plans.
  3. 6 Sets of Detailed Bill of Materials and Detailed Electrical Design.
  4. 1 Set of Structural Analysis (Only for Two Storey Buildings and above). Please note that this is not required for One Storey Buildings.
  5. Accomplished Building permit application ( consists of the Building Permit Form, Electrical Permit & Sanitary Permit Forms). These forms are also signed and sealed by respective engineers who signed ans sealed the plans. Please note that you have to send the forms to us taken from your respective municipality or city via LBC. Address will be sent to you after your order.
  6. All available Perspective views or Exterior views posted in the website in high resolution copies ( 2000 pixels). Please note that this will be sent to you in soft copy only.
Blueprint Package is for those who want to apply for building permit for their proposed house. This is a complete set of plans and documents ready to be submitted to your Building Officials who will be approving your building permit.
Important: Kindly Note that we are signing & sealing “BOX 7” in the Building Permit Form for “building permit application purposes only”. Supervising Architect or Engineer during the actual construction should sign the “Certificate of Completion”. This is also applicable for Electrical and Sanitary if Certificate of Completion is required for both.

 

2. PDF PACKAGE

PDF Package will be for those who want a study set of the design. It consists of the following:

  1. Complete set of plans (Architectural plans, Structural plans, Sanitary/Plumbing plans and Electrical plans) in PDF copy.
  2. Detailed Bill of Materials and Detailed Electrical Design in PDF copy.
  3. Structural Analysis in PDF copy (Only for Two Storey Buildings and above).
  4. All available Perspective views or Exterior views posted in the website in high resolution copies ( 2000 pixels) in Jpeg format.
PDF Package can be printed or plotted which in turn can be reproduced in blueprints. The advantage of this package is that you can reproduce unlimited copies. The disadvantage is that the copies are not signed and sealed by respective engineers. If you are planning to build your house in the future and you need advanced copy or study set, or your area does not require you to acquire building permit for your proposed house, then this package is right for you.

 

3. CAD PACKAGE

Cad Package/All Original Package is the same content as the PDF package but:

  1. The Complete set of plans are in Auto CAD format.
  2. Detailed Bill of Materials and Detailed Electrical Design in Excel format.
  3. Structural Analysis in PDF copy (Only for Two Storey Buildings and above).
  4. All available Perspective views or Exterior views posted in the website in high resolution copies ( 2000 pixels) in Jpeg format.
It has the same advantage and disadvantage as the PDF Package however this package gives you the freedom to edit the contents since these are in their original form.

Sheet 2: Floor Plans ( Ground and First Floor Plans)
Sheet 3: Elevations and Sections.
Sheet 4: Roof Plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Architectural Details
Sheet 5: Foundation Plan and Foundation Details
Sheet 6: First Floor Framing Plans, Beams and Column details
Sheet 7: Roof Deck Framing Plans and details,
Sheet 8: Sanitary Plans (Sewage Layouts and Cold water Layouts)
Sheet 9: Electrical Plans ( Lighting and Convenience Outlet Layouts)

Sheets listed above are indicative to show only what is included in most of the plans we prepare. Additional sheets maybe added depending on the complexity of the house design.
