What is your concept of a house? Do you think a house should be luxurious and attractive? Well, many people make their homes as their ultimate haven, stuff it with expensive things and luxury items that for them emit positive energy. However, there are also people who prefer a simple house. For them, a house is a shelter and its main function is for family members to have shield from the sun and storm, keep them safe and have a place to sleep.
People have different opinions. The definition and concept of a house is relative among many people. For those who prefer a simple house, I am sure that they will like this two-storey house that we feature today. It is a very simple double-story house with two bedrooms. Let’s check it out.
It is a modern bungalow house with simple design. The room in the ground floor is actually a living room and a common toilet and bathroom. Two thirds of the ground floor is open but this can be converted into a bedroom and a dining/kitchen. It’s up to you what you would like to turn this open floor into. But this open floor design, the kitchen, usually a dirty kitchen, must be located somewhere in the open lot. Dining is done al fresco.
The skillion roof or shed roof contributes to its low-cost design. Skillion roofs are easy to install and budget-friendly. There is a balcony that spreads throughout the front to the side of the upper floor.
So, how much would you spend building this house? If you have more or less US$20,000 you can build this house and if it as simple as this one you can already occupy it with that amount. The finishing and furniture will determine how much you will spend for the entire house. If you are OK simple stuffs, then the total cost is not that pricey.
