Our house plan for today is a modern, villa-style three bedroom home. This house is modeled with two stories and has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bar, storage room, and one restroom on the first floor and two bedrooms, Master’s Bedroom, and two bathrooms on the second level.
Other than the multiple rooms in the house, there is also a garage in front of the house. There are also several windows surrounding the walls of this three bedroom home, guaranteeing natural light and ventilation.
From the main entrance, you will find the spacious living room. Just a few steps from the reception area is the first common bathroom, the staircase, and the storage area.
The kitchen and the dining areas are combined. This area also has a provision for a mini bar. From the kitchen, you can access the service area which can be used as a dirty kitchen or a laundry space.
The second level of this three bedroom house is where you can find the resting rooms. The Master’s Bedroom has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The balcony can also be accessed from this room.
There are two more rooms for the other members of the family, with the much bigger room with access to the balcony. Both rooms can also use the second common bathroom on this floor.
