Designed to be single attached two storey, this concept has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilet and baths. Minimum lot area needed for this house concept is 88.0 square meters only! The lot should have at least 8 meters frontage width and 11 meters in depth. With this, the house is fire-walled on both sides, maximizing the lot.
The setbacks for front and rear is 2.5 meters and 1.5 meters respectively. Some cities or municipalities or even land developers have their own specification in terms of the allowable setback requirements. It must clarified before even planning to or obtaining the plans for this concept.
With very much appreciation to the exterior look of this single attached two storey, here it is presented in two concepts although with little difference. The only difference between the two are the materials used for the accent walls. The first one uses light colored brick wall and the second concept uses crazy-cut stone finish.
