Compact Single-storey House Design for Beginners or Small Family

Bungalows are always appealing to prospective house owners.  Hence, they are always requested by our readers.  One main reason why most people prefer bungalows or single-storey houses these days are their affordability, low maintenance and accessibility as compared to a two-level or multi-level building.

So, today, we are again featuring another single-floor design.  Well, there can be millions you can choose from but in our website we do our best to describe the house designs that are featured and we do give a lot of options for you to choose from.

This house that we are featuring on this post is a bungalow with two bedrooms built with a total floor area of  106 square meters. The open carport is flexible and can be used as a porch or veranda.  The small balcony that can be ascended through a 6-step stairs looks cute and added an extra appeal to the facade.

This design looks so compact and tidy.  The balcony is so appealing and the overall structure is well-coordinated and the elevation gives the appearance of the building a more sophisticated look.

The floor area is compact with two bedrooms and a common toilet and bathroom.  It has a spacious living room, a dining area, and a kitchen, too. The back door also serves not only as an exit but also a passageway for the extra spaces around which can be turned into plant boxes.
