Two Bedroom Small House Plan

Looking for a two bedroom small house plan? Here it is, a new layout with a total floor area of 60 square meters that can be built in a 147 square meter lot. Designed as single detached, it must have at least 3 meters distance from the front boundary fence, 2 meters on both side and 2 meters at the back. Lot should also have at least 11.6 meters frontage width to accommodate this two bedroom small house plan.

Hip roof design on steel trusses makes this house strong when it comes to wind or typhoon. Covered with long span galvanized iron roofing, pre-painted to last severe weather conditions.

Ceiling is still traditional with painted 1/4 inch thick plywood on 2″ by 2″ ceiling joist and frames. Exterior walls are made of 6 inches concrete hollow blocks cement plastered finish and ready to be painted. Windows are mainly aluminum sliding door with analuk finish and 6 mm glass panels.

Living and dining is sized at 3 meters by 4.5 meters and kitchen is 3 meters by 3 meters. Living and dining is so simple with just small sofa and four-seat dining table. Kitchen is with L-shaped counter where refrigerator is sitting at the far end.

Right side layout of the this two bedroom small house plan mainly composed of the 2 bedrooms with size 3 meters by 3 meters. Most would notice that the common toilet and bath is situated and opens to the kitchen instead of putting in between the bedrooms. Service area is located at the back where most of the other works takes place.
