Four Designs of One Storey House Ranging from 2 to 4 Bedrooms

Hey, guys! Today we are posting four different designs of one-storey house.  These designs have either two or three or four bedrooms.
One-storey houses or bungalows come in different sizes, styles, and designs.  Most of these house plans have flexible and open floor layouts.  All the areas are built in one level making them accessible and easy to remodel and rearrange.
Most single-storey homes feature free-flowing spaces.  It means that the living room is interconnected with the dining area and the kitchen without any dividers in between them.  This gives an impression of a wider space and facilitates accessibility and mobility inside the house.

The first design features a considerably big porch, three bedrooms, a spacious living room, two toilets and baths, a kitchen, a dining area and an exit door with a back porch.  To build this house, you need a budget of more or less US$30,000 for a livable and semi-finished status.

This design features three bedrooms suitable for a small family.  The shed roof or skillion makes the overall structure looks simple but very charming.  Its simplicity is what captures the fancy of prospective house buyers.

It has an L-shape floor layout and the floor plan is flexible.  You can rearrange it if you want depending on your requirement.  You may place the dining and kitchen in the right side if you wish.  To build this design, you need at least US$30,000.  With this amount, you can have a semi-finished house that is livable and complete with facilities.

There are two detached bungalows in this design sharing the same lot and with a swimming pool in between them.  They are two separate buildings that look like a beach cottage or apartments.  However, you can also build a home with this design.

The house on the left has two-door apartments.  Each room has its own toilet and bathroom and a spacious living area.  The building on the right side has also two bedrooms with one having its own attached toilet and bath.  There is one common toilet with bath. There is a living room, a dining and a kitchen as well. The house on the left side does not have its kitchen and living room because it shares those facilities with the other house.  What an amazing design!

To build this two-bedroom bungalow, you need a budget of US$30,000 for a semi-finished and livable status.  For 100% finishing, you need at least US$40,000 dollars.
