A bungalow designed for small families who are on a tight budget

Are you starting a family and thinking about building a house you can call your own? If so, then stick around and I am going to share with you a small house that is great for a small family. Let’s check this house that I am featuring today.

This is a contemporary bungalow with a traditional touch.  It looks so simple but cozy and homey inside.  Its most appealing feature is perhaps the presence of prominent pillars on its facade.  The pillars look impressive with the grooves carved on them and the lamps installed.

The 6-step elevation makes the building flood-proof.  This style is suitable for places that are easily flooded.  The elevation also adds appeal to the structure giving it a more balanced projection.

The glass door and glass windows keep the interior bright throughout the day. When there is enough natural light getting in the interior, the owners do not need to use a lighting system during the day and this will save a lot on their electricity bill.

This bungalow has two bedrooms with a provision of another bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen with dining.

To construct this house, you need a budget of US$30,000 for a functional and finished status.  For a rough finish but livable, a budget of US$20,000 is enough.  The cost of the construction depends  on the finishing that the owners require.
