Contemporary three-bedroom bungalow with cheerful interior

Single-storey house designs or bungalows are always popular among homeowners.  They are always the top choice of prospective house buyers.  This is attributed to their being flexible, affordable, easy to maintain, and their open layouts.

This bungalow that we are featuring today has a 6-step elevation making it safe from flash floods.  The design of the facade looks traditional but it is contrasted with the use of glass for its door and windows.

The exterior was painted with tan or skin tone. Like other browns, tan evokes warmth and security. It also gives a sense of the same earthy stability that many members of the brown family do. Tan is considered a neutral, and with its paleness, it can be paired as a complement to almost any other color on the color wheel.

The interior uses a cheerful color yellow.  It is a great color for the interior. It stands for freshness, happiness, positivity, clarity, energy, optimism, enlightenment, remembrance, intellect, honor, loyalty, and joy.  If you paint your room or the living room with yellow, it will surely influence your mood to become cheerful because it radiates a lot of positive energy.

This design has a perfect floor layout.  It shows a very spacious living room and hall, with three bedrooms, a spacious dining area, a kitchen, two toilets and baths and a washing area. To build this house, you need a budget of US$40,000. The total cost actually depends on finishing that you want for your house.

  1. Hi! How does it work? Do we buy the house/floor plan? Do you also provide/suggest contractors to build the house?
