The cost all depends on the materials you use for house and the kind of design and finishing that you want.

It used a cross hip roof roof style.  This roof style has the most protection against strong winds and rain.  Its frontage has a large garage good for two cars.  It also has a terrace with benches and the pillars have stone cladding.
