Palatial four-bedroom double-storey house with entertainment area

Today, the house design on feature is a whopping two-story house with four bedrooms and a spacious entertainment room! Whew! Is there anybody who does not like a house with an entertainment area?  Imagine you can have your small party anytime you want, or you can view movies with perfect sound system! That must be so cool! So, let’s check the specs of this house below.

The overall design of this huge double-story house is a combination of modern and contemporary. Its modernness is shown by the square shapes like box-type features, straight lines, parapets, and its glass doors and windows.  The roof style is more of a contemporary.  It uses a pyramid roof style.

There is no porch in this house. It’s probably because there is a wide backyard area where a gazebo can be built.  A garage may also be built separate or detached from the house if there is an available lot.

The ground floor showcases a well-designed layout of the rooms.  The door opens to a very spacious living room on the left and an equally spacious entertainment area on the right. The dining area and the kitchen also share a large area while there is a hall way going to the storage room and toilet. The back doors leads to the laundry area and dirty kitchen.

The second floor houses the four big bedrooms with bathroom/toilet each and walk-in closets.  The interior was designed for a luxurious living.  Having all of these amenities in a room must be wonderful!

So, how much would it cost to build this one-bedroom house?  With the materials used, building this house would cost around US$280,000-300,000 or 12-15 million Philippine pesos. However, the total cost will still depend on what kind of finishing and furnishing you want.  It could even cost more than US$400,000 if the furnishings are really that lavish.  But for the house alone, it would cost around US$160,000.
