It’s not just another bungalow: it may be the house you can afford to own!

Bungalows are always charming and they never go out of fashion.  They are always preferred by homeowners over multi-level homes. One of the secrets of a bungalow is its simplicity.  It sticks to the rule that form follows function- meaning that a shape of a building should primarily relate to its intended function and anything that does not have any function should be discarded.

This bungalow is petite but cozy.  You will fall in love with its simplicity.  The facade is primarily designed with clean straight lines, rectangular shapes and the use of glass in the main door and the windows added appeal.

The dark grey or deep blue color of its posts and its roof communicate vitality, energy and power.  They suggest a very strong personality.  It may look gloomy but it exudes stability and serenity.

Since this house was just finished, no furnishings were installed yet. But this is where the living room should be located. The off-white expresses a clean and tidy appearance. The dark paint color of the glass and window frames provide a perfect contrast.

The accent tile that is placed in the middle of the wall breaks the monotony of color.  For a more sophisticated look, the floor can be installed with a darker tile color.
