This house design has three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a living room, and a kitchen. The dining is expected to share with the kitchen or the living room. This is a typical layout for compact bungalows.

For a 100% completion stage, you need US$40,000-50,000 or that would be around 2-2.5M pesos. But then again, the total cost still depends on what kind of finishing you want for your house.
