Simple Design of a Three-bedroom Single-storey

Hello, guys! How have you been doing lately on deciding what style of house to build? Haven’t you made up your mind yet? Hang on and follow our posts everyday so that you may get an inspiration to build your house.

This house design is very simple with no lavish decorations on its facade.  Its main attraction here is its wide tglass door whose frame was painted with white.  It glows as it is contrasted with he dark brown wall.

The shed roof or skillion roof also makes the structure look simple.  Skillion roofs are easy to install and only require less steel trusses and less labor, too.  Therefore, you can save on the cost of installing your roof if you choose skillion roof for your house.  It drains rain easily though it is not advisable in places that are usually struck with strong winds and rains. For that, gable roof, pyramid roof, or hip roof are best.

This house design has three bedrooms, two toilets and baths, a living room, and a kitchen.  The dining is expected to share with the kitchen or the living room.  This is a typical layout for compact bungalows.

To build this house, you need at least US$ 30,000 or 1.5M Philippine pesos.  With this amount you can have a functional semi-finished bungalow. For a 100% completion stage, you need US$40,000-50,000 or that would be around 2-2.5M pesos.  But then again, the total cost still depends on what kind of finishing you want for your house.
