Minimalist House Design with 2 Bedrooms

Resorting to Minimalist House Design when you have a small lot is a wise decision. With the ever rising cost of lots, most of us can only afford small parcel of land for our future homes. With 80 square meter lot and having a frontage width of 8 meters, this Minimalist House Design will fit perfectly.

Simple in design, the right side and rear are made into firewalls to maximize the lot. Instead of using this as a vacant area for the setback, you might as well use this as part of the house and make the rooms more spacious. Although these two sides may not have any openings due to building codes and rules, if designed properly, the house would still be adequately ventilated.

Facade is simple and neat, with the garage open, and small porch to welcome and leads you to the living area. This house has a living area of 5.1 meters by 4 meters which already includes the dining area at the left side corner.

Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the dining and back of the garage, properly ventilated by 2 window openings. Bedroom 2 is at the upper right corner when looking at the layout with size 2.5o meters by 3.50 meters. Other parts of the house is the kitchen beside bedroom 2 with a straight counter.

The interior concept presented here are a little bit different from the layout. As you can see the dining table now is relocated near Bedroom 1 to have more space. The former place of the dining table is replaced with a sofa for sitting.

Bedrooms are also decorated with wall paper in 2 style to give more life to the room. With wood texture flooring, this design is very neat and organized.
