Minimalist Yet Homey: Three-Bedroom Bungalow House Plan

Single storey house plans like a bungalow have recently come into style. Today’s homeowners prefer buying a single story house for a lot of reasons: They require less energy for heating and cooling as the room temperature are more even and there is no heat rising to the upstairs.

Are you dreaming of owning a 3-bedroom bungalow house? Check out this house plan with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest hall, and a kitchen in a 95 square meters floor area.

This 3-bedroom bungalow house is single detached, giving you and the family more space to move around. Since it only has one level, you can reach all areas of your home to perform simple maintenance and repair tasks. If you want to expand, a single story house plan is easier and less expensive to remodel.

The exterior of this house is simple but it gives a homey feel to it. The walls are painted with a combination of blue and gray hues. The roof is made of reinforced tiles in the shade of brown. To guarantee that all spaces are well-lighted and ventilated, there are several windows on all sides of the house.

What makes this house unique is the large open terrace in front. This terrace has an all-wood tile flooring and can be used as a sitout area, a relaxation corner or a venue to hold parties and events during special occasions. It can also be an extended banquet area.

From the main entrance of this single floor house, you will see the living room. To save on space and maximize the floor area, the dining hall can also combined with the living room.

Across from the reception area is the kitchen. The kitchen has access to the small terrace at the back which can be used as a dirty kitchen or a washing area.

There are three bedrooms in this bungalow: These bedrooms all have the same floor space and are big enough to fit a full-size bed, a built-in cabinet, two side tables, and an entertainment wall.
