Loft homes are preferred by creative, freedom-loving people for its practicality, creativity, and minimalism. Employing modern architecture on this design means it only needs a small budget since it employs simplicity and no lavish features, however, it is considered to be one of the most expensive designs because of the requirements homeowners would want for their lofts.
The design of the house, especially its shape is based on modern architecture. Thus, its rectangular shape makes it very uncommon but this is how modern houses really look like. They are futuristic.
