Don’t you wish this four-bedroom bungalow was yours?

Are you fascinated with single-storey houses and wish you, too, have it? Don’t wish, dear. You can build  it in time! If you have a permanent job and you have a good salary you can surely save for it or you can apply for a housing loan which you will pay in few years.  Doesn’t that sound amazing?

So, let’s take a look at a bungalow for your inspiration.

The facade looks so simple with the big door being one of the most obvious elements.  It is a panel door.  Panel doors are widely used in construction works. They are preferred because  they are hard, durable and they also add beauty to the facade of a house.

The roof style is cross gabled roof. Wikipedia defines gable roof as that  consists of two roof sections sloping in opposite directions and placed such that the highest, horizontal edges meet to form the roof ridge. To make a cross gable roof, there must be a connecting gable roof at the end of one gable creating an L-shape intersection or it can also intersect at the middle of the roof like the one used in this house design.

This house design has more than two gable ends.  Cross gable roofs are used for a more complex house layout.

The floor plan shows that this design has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining and kitchen, two toilets and baths and an extra room that can be converted to an office, a guest room, or a storage.

The floor area has a total size of 12 meters width and 10 meters depth.  To build this bungalow, you need a budget that ranges from US$40,000 for a semi-finished structure and livable to US$50,000 fully finished house.
