The house I am featuring in this post is an example of a two-story house design employing minimalism. It has a total area of 120 square meters. It is actually 10 meters long and 6 meter wide. It is an elongated house design.
The style of minimalism is a design approach that is described by simplicity of form, materials, detail, color, and the use of furniture. This two-story house design is a good example of a minimalism in architecture. With the narrow floor plan, as you can see from its floor plan below, shows that all the space is used sparingly.
Minimalism is also achieved through the use of not more than two basic colors that complement each other. Most often, these colors are subdued and not loud like white, black, blue, brown and gray.
This design can be called as having three stories because there is like a room on the rooftop but this is actually the sheltered stairs going to the roof deck. The roof deck can be used as a garden or a view deck and a relaxation area especially during sundown or early morning.

The ground floor shows that upon entry, you will be welcomed by the living room which flows to the dining area. To the right is an office or work room, which can also be converted as a guest room. The back porting of the house is where the kitchen is located where most ground floor layouts show, a room and the stairs going up to the upper floor.
The first floor contains the three bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own bathroom, a common bathroom and the hallway going to each room.
